Immerse yourself in the practice of Yoga. Visualize walking up near the Pacific Ocean, taking a morning swim and then practicing yoga, learning the history and philosophy of this ancient practice, discovering more about yourself and who you are through meditation, reading, being still, communing with mother nature and sharing with like-minded individuals.
Then instead of dealing with traffic and going home to daily stresses, eat local fresh food and enjoy the sunset beachside or sway in a hammock under a palm tree before heading to your bungalow for sweet dreams listening to the monkeys in the trees. This is a typical day for you at the Anahata Soul Yoga Teacher Training, Playa Grande, Costa Rica with Jenn Chiarelli.
Like the deep roots of a tree, Anahata Soul 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training will give you the foundation you need for teaching vinyasa yoga. It will deepen your understanding of yoga and expand your own daily practice. This is a yoga teacher training immersion course. After completing required hours of observation you will receive your 200 hour certification and be eligible to become a registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance. To insure an intimate and personal experience, space is limited to just 20 students.
Jenn is an E-RYT 500 and has over 10,000 hours of yoga
teaching and training experience. She is the creator and founder
of Anahata Soul and its 200 hour Yoga Teacher Program in Costa
Rica. She helped to create the At One Yoga Teacher Training Program, in Scottsdale, AZ which she has lead for the past 6 years. Jenn teaches Yoga workshops, teacher trainings, classes and retreats nationally and internationally. She currently leads the LifePower Yoga Teacher Training Program in Phoenix, Arizona. Jenn has a deep spiritual practice rooted in Tantra Meditation and always has gratitude for her teacher, Swami Khecaranatha for his guidance along her journey. As a Master teacher, Jenn encourages her students to explore their own internal rhythms, their own personal practice through the postures, breath, meditation, music, and a wide open heart.
Jenn Chiarelli is an international yoga and meditation teacher, mentor, mother and reiki healer. Her journey began through the art of dance. She attained her dream of becoming a professional ballerina when she joined the Cleveland San Jose Ballet as one of its youngest members. During her 11 year career with the company, Jenn danced various soloist and principal roles in works by renowned choreographers including George Balanchine, Martha Graham, Donald McKayle, and Dennis Nahat. She received critical acclaim for her role as the Pioneer Woman in Martha Graham’s Appalachian Spring.
Jenn discovered yoga when one of the
dancers from her company took her to her first
Ashtanga class in California. At first it was a
wonderful new challenge that helped her detoxify
her body and mind. She soon realized that her path
through yoga was just beginning. At the same time she
was blessed to have met her teacher Swami Khecaranatha,
and began her study and practice of Kundalini MahaYoga. As
she became more aware of her own spiritual journey, she traveled to Costa Rica to the Nosara Yoga Institute. There she received her yoga teacher certification in Interdisciplinary yoga. Jenn has met many yogis along the way, who have influenced her practice and teaching style, including Don and Amba Stapelton, Dharma Mittra, Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, and Desiree Rumbaugh.
