September in southern Sicily is a sun-drenched harvest time. The sea is still warm enough to swim and the tourists are mostly gone providing for a more authentic experience. Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and smells of Sicily.

La Masseria is a beautifully restored 1800s farmhouse, nestled among olive and almond groves, just 15 minutes south of Noto, one of Italy’s most stunning World Heritage towns.
A short 15-minute drive east brings you to the Vendicari Nature Reserve, a haven for wildlife with some of the island’s most secluded golden-sand beaches.
The indoor yoga studio is a beautifully restored pitch roof barn. The outdoor wooden shala overlooks the orange orchard. There is a fresh water infinity pool, many different patios and living spaces in our private retreat.
Delicious farm to table meals served al fresco by candle light, family style.

ROOMS & RATES per person
Each spacious room at Danena is unique and charming. Most rooms have 1 king or 2 twins and some have 1 queen. Many of the rooms have an ensuite bathroom, and a few have a shared bathroom with only one other room. All rooms have Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, A/C and wifi.
$850 non-refundable deposit to secure your space.
Room availability on a first come, first served basis.
